We (Triani Collections) welcome you (the user) to the official website of Triani Collections (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) and this is the only website owned by us. We ask the user (referred to as “you” or “they”) to abide by the terms and conditions mentioned below or any other terms and conditions that might be added in the future about which you will be notified. You need to agree to this terms and conditions before using our service. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions provided below then you must not use the site.

 

Registering as a user

If you want to register on our website as a user then you have to agree with all our terms and conditions mentioned below. If you are below the age of 13 years then you might be able to view the contents of our website but purchases should only be made under the supervision of an adult. Also note that if you are a minor then you will not be able to purchase some of our products which are to be consumed only by the adults.

 

Shipping terms

Shipping is available throughout the state at specific pin codes. These pin codes will be mentioned in the product descriptions. For delivery, a minimum delivery charge will be applied which might vary depending on the pin codes, availability of products or when other measures are to be followed, if any. This charge will only be confirmed right before placing an order.

 

Privacy disclaimers

We collect user’s information like their name, phone number, address, email address, information regarding bank details and website transaction history.  All the information collected by triani.in are retained by Triani Collections only with our registered office at Road no. 1, H.B. Town, Sodepur, Kolkata 700 110. Only limited number of authorised people has access to this information which includes only employees of Triani Collections. We follow generally accepted industry standards to collect, store and protect the personal information of our users. We want to state the fact that no method of transmission of information over internet and storing the same is 100% secure. We need to collect this information to provide a smooth and personalized service to our users.

 

Payment terms and special fees

Even though we try our best to list all the prices on the products accurately still there might be some errors while listing the prices. In such case we might look on the matter only upon reporting the issue. This is applied only before the products are been dispatched or before the payment have been made. We accept payment through online mode of transfer, paytm, phonepe, google-pay, debit cards and credit cards. Additional charges may apply depending on the products and delivery location. Also additional charges will apply when the customer desires to exchange their product with a different one. This will be made clear to the user right before placing their order or while opting for exchange.

 

Liabilities

We do not assure that all the products are most accurate and true to the descriptions or the reference pictures are identical to the product. The pictures might differ and the product descriptions might not be error free. If any such problem arises then the user must immediately contact us and share the issue with us. Returns of such products might be available depending on the reason stated for return.  On the other hand exchange will be available to the customer.

All the details written under product description are true to the products and information provided mentioning the material, weight, size, etc. are accurate to best of our knowledge. The reference pictures might differ due to the studio lights used while taking those pictures.

The technology underlying and the entire content, including in the website, included but not restricted to the texts, images, videos, graphics or codes are copyrighted as a collective work under copyright laws of India and it is the property of Triani Collections. Registering as a user does not give you the rights to use these contents, images, videos, graphics or anything that appears on the website anywhere else without the permission of Triani Collections. Wherever on the website you can see the name of Triani Collections or its logo, those are the trademarks or the service marks of the company. All rights are reserved and we also declare that not all the works are free of typographical or any other kind of errors. We also cannot assure that all the information mentioned in the website is 100% accurate.

 

Cancelation properties

Though we strive to provide hassle free services yet that might not be possible all the times. Sometimes you might find the your product got cancelled by our team and that  may happen due to the unavailability of the product, the limitation of the product at our store, if disputes are being identified in the product or if there is a requirement for any additional information to dispatch your order. Any orders cancelled by us will immediately be notified to the user. In case an order is cancelled after making the necessary payments then the amount will be send back to you.

 

Terms of use for our website

For using the website you must agree to the terms and conditions which can be terminated only by you or by us. Any kind of unlawful, harassing, threatening, vulgar or disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated. Users are being asked not to practice anything related to this website that is restricted by the law. If any user is found misusing the content, images, videos, texts or codes which are protected by copyright then we might take legal actions against that user.
